Mobilități Erasmus de formare profesională

DOSAR MOBILITATE PREDARE ERASMUS+

Se depun la Decanat urmatoarele acte care vor constitui dosarul candidatului:

  • CV + LISTA DE LUCRARI
  • EXTRAS DE CONT
  • CARTE DE IDENTITATE-COPIE
  • Cererea de deplasare externă semnată şi aprobată de Decan şi Directorul de Departament (din care să rezulte inclusiv acoperirea activităţilor didactice din ţară) cu cel putin 15 zile înainte de plecare, care ulterior va merge spre aprobare catre Consiliul de Administratie al UPG Ploiesti.
  • Invitația din partea universităţii partenere cuprinde: numele şi prenumele cadrului didactic (personalului academic) şi perioada de deplasare (date exacte zi/lună/an) în cadrul programului ERASMUS+.
  • Programul de predare – BAZAT PE DOUA TEME DE PREDARE/CERCETARE
